Our uphill → downhill playbook

Every package follows the identical cadence: Week 1 is Uphill—explore options and pick a direction. Week 2 is Downhill—build, review, and deliver. Here's what that looks like day to day.

⛰️

Week 1 · Uphill — Explore & Decide

Reduce uncertainty, explore multiple paths, and commit to one clear direction.

Outcome: Direction is locked

Day 1 · Monday

🤝Client input required

Kickoff workshop

3-hour brand/product workshop to align on goals, constraints, audience, and success metrics. Frame: Aligned.

Day 2 · Tuesday

🔕Studio heads down

Research + divergence

Studio audits existing materials, gathers references, and explores broadly. Async only so we stay heads down. Frame: Curious.

Day 3 · Wednesday

💬Optional sync share

Work-in-progress share

Explorations shared via Loom/Figma with 'ingredient'/'solution' buckets—categories with grouped variations. React inline to steer which buckets we'll carry into Ingredient Review. Optional live sync if helpful. Frame: Excited.

Day 4 · Thursday

🤝Client input required

Ingredient review

Review grouped solutions and categorized ingredients together. Decide which to keep, refine, discard, or combine—shaping the raw materials into a clear direction. Frame: Decisive.

Day 5 · Friday

💬Async outline shared

Direction locked

Studio compiles Day 4 feedback into one clear direction and shares an async outline. You see the solution shape and think: 'Yes, this solves it.' Frame: Clear.

🏁

Week 2 · Downhill — Build & Deliver

Execute quickly with focus, polish, and confidence.

Outcome: Finished, polished handoff

Day 6 · Monday

💬Optional sync

Direction check + build kickoff

Quick sync to review the locked direction, answer last questions, and confirm we're all aligned before going downhill. No directional changes after today—just confident execution. Frame: Focused.

Day 7 · Tuesday

💬Optional sync share

Deep build day

Heads-down execution across design/copy/systems/product. Mostly async updates; optional sync share. Frame: Inspired.

Day 8 · Wednesday

🤝Client input required

Work-in-progress review

Live or Loom review to see it all coming together—early testing, validate progress, and request tweaks before polish. Not complete yet, but the shape is clear. Frame: Confident.

Day 9 · Thursday

🔕Studio heads down

Polish + stress test

QA, refinement, exports, and internal demo rehearsals. No meetings so we can polish. Frame: Meticulous.

Day 10 · Friday

💬Optional sync share

Delivery + handoff

Final deliverables, Loom walkthrough, optional live demo, and next-sprint recommendations. Frame: Satisfied.

Only four live moments across two weeks

Kickoff Monday, Ingredient Review Thursday, Work-in-Progress Wednesday, and final delivery on Day 10. Everything else happens async inside your sprint portal so you can focus on running the business.

Week 1 Alignment Guarantee

We believe the most important part of any sprint is nailing the direction before execution. If at the end of Week 1 you feel we haven't aligned on a clear, confident solution direction — for any reason — you may choose to end the sprint.

🔹No additional payment required
🔹We retain the 50% deposit to cover Week 1 strategy, exploration, and direction work
🔹You keep all Week 1 insights and artifacts
🔹The sprint ends with no obligation to continue

This ensures you never feel "locked in" to a direction that isn't working — and it gives us strong incentives to nail Week 1 alignment.

Feel free to pick up where we left off by booking another sprint in the future with more insights or revised direction.
